2. 禁止在AnyfastCloud提供的产品服务中存放、提供、发布违反服务器所在地区法律及中国法律的内容;

3. 禁止非授权个人及商家转售、公开分享AnyfastCloud的服务或产品;
Unauthorized individuals and businesses are prohibited from reselling, publicly sharing AnyfastCloud's services or products.
4. 禁止运行挖流量矿、各类虚拟币、视频挂机、集群计算、流量互刷之类的对 CPU、带宽、硬盘资源消耗极大的软件;
It is prohibited to run traffic mining, various virtual currencies, video hanging, cluster computing, traffic brushing and other software that consumes extremely large CPU, bandwidth, and hard drive resources.
5. 禁止使用主机对外、对内发包,ARP 攻击,ARP 劫持,扫描弱口令,恶意穷举和干扰其它服务器运行;
It is prohibited to send packets outward and inward using the host, ARP attacks, ARP hijacking, scanning weak passwords, malicious brute force cracking, and interfering with other servers.
6. 在使用AnyfastCloud产品服务时,必须按照当地法律允许的前提下进行;
When using AnyfastCloud's products and services, it must be based on compliance with local laws.
7. AnyfastCloud只保证出售、提供的产品与服务正常运行,一切软件问题AnyfastCloud团队无任何义务提供协助;
AnyfastCloud only guarantees the normal operation of the products and services sold and provided. The AnyfastCloud team has no obligation to provide assistance for any software issues.
8. 合理使用工单支持系统,尊重客服,禁止辱骂客服,发送无意义工单,工单轰炸等,在已提供解决方案的情况下,持续骚扰/纠缠工单客服,将删机处理,如发现辱骂客服,恶意损毁AnyfastCloud名誉的情况,我司将保留一切法律权益;
Reasonably use the ticket support system, respect customer service, prohibit insulting customer service, sending meaningless tickets, ticket bombing, etc. In cases where solutions have been provided, persistently harassing/entangling ticket customer service will result in account deletion. If insults to customer service and malicious damage to AnyfastCloud's reputation are discovered, our company reserves all legal rights.
9. 所有服务器使用均需遵守当地法律,严禁用于违法用途;

10. 禁止仿冒品牌类网站、禁止一切BT下载、版权文件、儿童色情,禁止Easypanel 面板,qemu 虚拟机,任何 GUI 桌面;
It is prohibited to imitate brand websites, prohibit all BT downloads, copyright files, child pornography, prohibit Easypanel panels, QEMU virtual machines, and any GUI desktops.
11. 禁止利用 AnyfastCloud提供的主机搭建/安装微软KMS等软件激活服务。 一旦发现将被立即停止服务;
It is prohibited to build/install Microsoft KMS and other software activation services using the hosts provided by AnyfastCloud. Once discovered, services will be stopped immediately.
12. 严禁辱骂客服,包括但不限于工单、群聊、私聊等,一旦发现视情况处理;
It is strictly prohibited to insult customer service, including but not limited to tickets, group chats, private chats, etc. Handling will be based on the situation if discovered.
13.请勿在非自有网站投放推广链接,一旦发现,拒绝支付推广费用且关闭推广链接账户;
Do not place promotional links on non-owned websites. Once discovered, we will refuse to pay promotional fees and close the promotional link account.
IP更换说明Cloud Server IPv4 Address Change
1.云服务器 IPv4 地址更换 云服务器 IPv4 地址可以付费进行更换, 收费为 2USD/次。
The IPv4 address of the cloud server can be changed for a fee of $2 USD per change.
滥用管理Abuse of Service
1.在任何情况之下, 如果我们发现有和您相关主机的投诉或违规行为,我们有权在不通知您的情况下先行暂停您的服务,保留直接删除主机、格式化硬盘的权利,且不退款,不退还数据。
附注常见违规滥用行为:色情、政治性、垃圾邮件、攻击、被攻击、发包、病毒/木马散发、端口扫描、版权纠纷、钓鱼、SF游戏、BT、PT、盗取网络中他人IP、或者自行修改使用不属于自己的IP等等。
如有违反则有可能被收取25USD的罚金
Under any circumstances, if we find complaints or violations associated with your server, we have the right to suspend your service first without notifying you, reserving the right to directly delete the server, format the hard drive, without refund or returning data.
Note on common violation and abuse: Pornography, politics, spam, attacks, being attacked, sending packets, spreading viruses/Trojans, port scanning, copyright disputes, phishing, SF games, BT, PT, stealing others' IP on the network, or modifying and using an IP that does not belong to you.
Violations may result in a $25 USD penalty.
